Product quality is maintained through several controls: we source exclusively from EU-GMP or WHO-GMP accredited manufacturers; all products arrive with full quality documentation including Certificates of Analysis; receiving, storage, and dispatch are pharmacist-supervised; cytotoxic products are handled under documented SOPs; and we maintain full batch-level traceability from manufacturer to healthcare facility.
